Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of OperonFlow websites, apps, and subscription services.
Last updated: 7 August 2026 · OperonFlow Pty Ltd
1. Who we are
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are between you and OperonFlow Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), operating the website operonflow.com.au and related OperonFlow applications (including SOP Builder, BookingFlow, Prospect Finder, and Business Console).
Contact: sales@operonflow.com.au.
2. Merchant of Record (Paddle)
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for purchases processed through Paddle Checkout.
By completing a purchase you also agree to Paddle's applicable buyer terms. Invoices and receipts for Paddle-processed orders are issued by Paddle.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your organisation's account. You must be able to form a binding contract and use the services only for lawful business purposes.
4. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
Paid products are offered on a subscription basis (typically monthly or annual) with pricing shown in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated at checkout. Where a free trial is offered, card details may be required; you will not be charged until the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand according to the cancellation options in your account or via Paddle.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Taxes may be calculated by Paddle based on your location.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse our services, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other customers, upload unlawful content, or use the products in ways that violate applicable law or these Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach.
6. Intellectual property
OperonFlow retains all rights in our software, branding, and documentation. You retain rights in content you create in the products. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the services.
7. Warranties and liability
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted, our aggregate liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant subscription in the three months before the claim.
8. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a subscription as described in your account portal or by contacting us / Paddle. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes affecting paid subscribers we will provide reasonable notice where practicable.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Courts in Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your location.
